He has been engaged in marriage and family ministry for nearly two decades, dedicated to promoting a family life philosophy rooted in Christian faith. Currently serving as the Deputy Director and Family Therapist at the Oasis Family Life Enrichment Center in Singapore, he actively participates in marriage and family ministries of Chinese churches across various regions, addressing the diverse challenges faced by contemporary families.
Since 2022, he has served as the Director of the Master in Church of Counseling at the China Baptist Theological Seminary, focusing on cultivating pastoral workers and Christian professional counselors for family ministry. He is committed to providing believers with rooted faith and practical mental health support and pastoral guidance.
Since 2017, he has been a course instructor at Kardo Ministries, leading the "Wisdom for Fathers" course to help brothers grow and renew in their faith. In addition, a course titled 'Spiritual Portraits in Marriage' has been developed to provide guidance for believers in spiritual practice, deepening spiritual construction and relationship connections in marriage.
