Angelie: Someone posed this question. He said, “After a recent promotion, I have been tasked to recruit new staff. So, what are the criteria for us to hire staff? Currently, I either worry about the inabilities of our staff that result in poor work performance, or I am anxious that they are too capable and will take over my position. I know that I shouldn’t have such thoughts, but they are my concerns now. I hope to hear your perspective......
